This May, Perry joined Scottsdale’s EVO Restaurant in celebrating locally made foods and spirits. Along with Perry Land & Cattle beef, the restaurant’s special menu featured arugula from Seacat Gardens, bread from the AZ Bread Co., and extra virgin olive oil from the Queen Creek Olive Mill – all artfully prepared at the expert hands of Chef Zane Coté and complemented with a blended wine from Wilcox’s Carlson Creek Vineyard.

We are dedicated to supporting the local circular economy. Perry Land & Cattle beef is locally sourced and natural raised by our family of fifth and sixth generation Arizona ranchers. As stewards of our natural environment and rich agricultural history, we have developed a unique sustainable program that maximizes the desert’s resources and produces superior flavor.

Our grass-fed NY Strip Steak was offered grilled and bone-in on a bed of caramelized onions, grilled eggplant, tomatoes, and roasted Yukon potatoes, next to a mound of bright green local arugula and seasoned with a sprig of rosemary.
